Ask Nurse Nettie is a service provided by nursing staff from the Sexual Health Info Link. While the sexual health nurses that respond to these questions do so to the best of their clinical knowledge and experience, it is not liable for the information it provides and does not substitute consulting with a Doctor. It does not attempt to diagnose any sexually transmissible infections or other health concerns. The service receives no financial or commercial gain and is also not liable for the content of external websites or services that it links to.
We will not disclose your personal information to other organisations unless we have to because of a law or to protect you or others from a serious threat of harm. For instance we may share your personal information with other agencies (such as police, ambulance, and/or child protection agencies) to protect your life, health or safety, or that of someone you know. We will attempt to gain your participation and consent before sharing information about you providing it is safe and practicable to do so, taking into account the circumstances.
